Establishments pay an Evaluation Fee to cover the human cost of deploying our anonymous field team. This is not a listing fee. This is the price of entry to be tested against the matrix.
The 90-Day Vibe Check
If an establishment passes the initial physical audit, they enter the Ledger on a strict 90-day probation. We aggressively monitor their performance, acoustic atmosphere, and user feedback to ensure consistency.
Radical Transparency
We don't just announce who gets added; we announce who gets removed. When we conduct our public Ledger Updates, we are entirely transparent about which spots lost their spark, providing fair warnings before removal.
The "One-In, One-Out" Rule
We do not exist to list every cafe in the city. We strictly cap the index. If a new venue proves superior, an underperforming spot is removed to make room for it. Scarcity drives the standard.
