Welcome to RealBesta. By accessing our public index, directories, or exclusive ledgers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The RealBesta platform serves as an independent, curated informational resource for premium aesthetic venues, fine dining, and boutique cafes in Rajasthan.
1.1 Information Accuracy
While our field auditors strive to ensure all ledger data (including operating hours, aesthetic classifications, and pricing tiers) is accurate at the time of publication, the hospitality industry is dynamic. RealBesta is not liable for abrupt changes in business operations, temporary closures, or pricing adjustments made by independent establishments.
1.2 Intellectual Property
All structural design, branding, matrix frameworks, and editorial curation found on RealBesta are the exclusive intellectual property of our parent organization. Unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction of our verified listings, or reproduction of our "Glow-Up" metrics for commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.
2. The Data Integrity Policy
RealBesta operates on a strict non-compensated auditing framework. We do not accept financial compensation, free meals, or brand sponsorships in exchange for placement, ranking, or favorable reviews on our ledger.
2.1 The Auditing Standard
Establishments listed on our directory have undergone physical evaluation by our anonymous team. Ranks and feature placements are determined solely by our internal Verification Matrix, which grades aesthetic architecture, culinary presentation, and community retention.
2.2 Removal and Adjustments
RealBesta reserves the right to unlist or adjust the rank of any establishment at any time. If an establishment is found to have drastically lowered its service standards, or if we receive corroborated reports of unacceptable behavior from the community, the establishment will be removed from the ledger to protect our users' trust.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of both our users and the business owners who interact with our platform.
3.1 Information Collection
- Platform Users: Our serverless architecture is designed to minimize tracking. We do not require account creation to access the standard ledger. We only collect basic, anonymized analytics (such as region selection and general site traffic) to improve platform performance.
- Business Applicants: If you submit a dossier via our Concierge desk, the contact details, social handles, and pitch data you provide are stored securely and used exclusively for the purpose of scheduling and conducting our field audits.
3.2 Third-Party Integrations
Our platform utilizes external routing for navigation (e.g., Google Maps links) and social media redirection. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data collection policies of these external services.
4. Contacting the Integrity Desk
If you have questions regarding these terms, believe an establishment is falsely representing its status on our ledger, or wish to request the removal of your data from our systems, please dispatch a message to our legal and support team.
